The Sunny Tripower 6.0 is a lightweight and compact inverter. The Shadefix shade management system, previously known as OptiTrac Global Peak, is a standard part of SMA inverters. SMA also offers a fully automatic monitoring system for all inverters. If necessary, it can also be expanded with TS4-R optimizers through the presence of integrated TS4-R communication.
Easy & fast installation
The inverter is lightweight and compact in size. This makes the inverter easy to install by one technician. Moreover, it is not necessary to open the enclosure, as all connections are accessible from the bottom, including an Ethernet connection and Wi-Fi antenna. The approach is thus quite easy with any suitable device, such as a smartphone or tablet.
Shadefix
Shade management is an already existing function in the form of Shadefix. In case of slight shading, the Sunny Tripower 6.0 will still perform excellently. Solar cells that capture less light due to shading will normally reduce the overall performance of the panel. Shadefix bypasses these cells and reduces the panel's power loss.
SMA Smart Connected
In addition to the possibility of accessing an SMA portal to view the status of the inverter, SMA offers an automatic system for all inverters - SMA Smart Connected. This system is completely free of charge, with which SMA monitors all inverters. If an anomaly is detected, SMA will inform the customer and installer immediately. This allows the installer to react immediately. If a replacement device is required, SMA will deliver another one within 1 to 3 days.
Extension TS4-R optimizers
If it concerns a more complex installation or there is heavier shading, the Sunny Tripower 6.0 can be expanded with TS4-R optimizers. This is made possible by the integrated TS4-R communication.
